What is the difference between exclusive and non-exclusive tracks?

  • Non-exclusive tracks are part of a flexible, liquid catalog, allowing you to add and remove tracks as needed. Non-exclusive means the artist still maintains 100% of the rights, and you have jurisdiction to sell them on your site on a profit-share basis.
  • Exclusive tracks, however, are permanent selections that cannot be removed once added to your library. Exclusive means you also own rights in the publishing and master, which allows you to build revenue in these areas as well. Exclusive tracks are available by application only. If you are not currently receiving exclusive tracks and would like to, please contact your account representative at support@thatpitch.com.
